Thank You to everyone who has supported and encouraged me throughout this journey. Some of you have been in my life for years and others entered with purpose but I am grateful for each and every one of you. I am especially thankful to my family for their endless love, support and energy – as represented by the Sundara logo – created on a family vacation by my beautiful niece, Abilene Honey Adelman (age 7).
Yoga For Kids – Allow your children to discover themselves through the journey of breath, movement, and imaginitive play, while learning and building muscle memory through traditional yoga poses.
Yoga For Adults – Reconnect with your authentic self and explore the notions of balance and the truth within you. Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, remember that all you need to be able to do is breathe and accept where you are never knowing where you can go in your practice. Believe in yourself…I already believe in you!
